ePR.Live™

ePR.Live is the premier, web-enabled reporting system empowering third-party administrators, employers and managers of self-administered Trust funds to simplify reporting, lower administrative costs, and create efficiencies that improve service.

This secure system makes payroll report preparation easy. Employers simply enter hours and classification data into our innovative platform. Monthly or weekly contributions are calculated and securely stored. Each report can be broken down by collecting agent or administrator and contractors can be provided the flexibility of paying by check or EFT.

All data is exchanged electronically. There is no need to rely on paper reports being sent in the mail and no risk of sensitive data being transmitted over email. Our benefit technology exceeds HIPAA regulatory requirements and is being used today by thousands of employers across the USA.

How it Works

This diagram (click on thumbnail) will help to provide an overview of the ePR.Live system. Reporting contractors simply log-in to the ePR.Live website, select the collective-bargaining, non-bargaining, or supplemental report that they need to file, and upload data as required.

Most employers will download directly from their payroll accounting systems and simply upload that payroll data (hours/deductions) directly into ePR.Live. Other employers are more comfortable “keying” or making selections from drop-down menus.

Once employers have filed their ePRs, collecting agents can view the filed ePRs in the system and make payment records against them. Payment to each fund can vary in payment method (check, EFT, etc.) and no jurisdiction is limited to a specific number of collecting agents. ePR.Live supports both “1-check” processing, and separate-check-per-benefit setups all across the US.

Each collecting agent can apply payments to the ePR data and make decisions as to how and when the transaction is balanced for release. Once released, a fund administrator can extract each balanced member-record and load it into their contribution accounting system.

ezBenefitReporting

Now available free to any NECA Chapter who selects it as their primary reporting tool is an innovative new platform: ezBenefitReporting. This ePR.Live companion product was designed for the NEBF by Concero and allows each Chapter to:
