Concero Technology is a privately-held, Portland, Oregon-based, company in business for over 10 years specializing in providing technology solutions for employee benefits insurance administration, with an emphasis on small group insurance exchanges and multi-employer and union electronic payroll reporting.
Since its founding Concero Technology has provided hosted web solutions to enable the efficient sales and administration of employee benefits insurance products. Concero consolidates all quoting, underwriting, enrollment, processing, eligibility file formats and premium collection requirements for multiple carriers and products into a web application that gives the purchaser the ability to buy and administer their insurance in one place with a single entry of data. In addition to developing, hosting and maintaining the web sites, Concero provides TPA billing and premium collection services where required by a client.
Beginning in 2004, Concero developed and launched ePR.Live, its on-line benefit reporting and remittance system for contractors and their employees. The system simplifies required reporting, improves efficiency and eliminates duplication of entries, provides an audit trail and reduces errors.

First launched for use by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), ePR.Live is Concero Technology’s innovative electronic Payroll Reporting solution. This state-of-the-art, online portal makes reporting and communication easy for employers, third party administrators and self-administered Trust funds. ePR.Live saves time and money, is highly secured and provides employers with an enhanced experience. The ePR.Live system is accessible by any employer with an authorized login from anywhere in the world 24hrs per day, 365 days each year. Any contractor working from any jurisdiction can file reports for any agreement online. Each contractor, collecting agent and fund office needs only 1 login to operate ePR.Live for anywhere in the service area.
Currently used by several thousand employers and hundreds of administrators across 48 states, ePR.Live is processing over $2 billion in annual contributions for a variety of trades including Electrical Workers, Painters, Sheet Metal Workers, Iron Workers, Laborers and Plumbers.
